Who We Are 

KC Investigations was founded by Kate Dillon and Caroline Lewis, senior investigators with extensive experience in integrity, regulatory and statutory investigations in Tasmania.

Prior to establishing the firm, we served at the Integrity Commission Tasmania, conducting high-profile and complex investigations involving senior public officials, serious misconduct allegations and systemic governance failures. Our work required independence, rigorous forensic analysis, disciplined application of procedural fairness and sound judgment in matters subject to significant public and legal scrutiny.

We established KC Investigations to provide organisations with access to that same level of investigative discipline and expertise — delivering rigorous, defensible workplace investigations and regulatory advisory services where the stakes are high.
